Stress Free Home Inspections
Don’t know a “Branch Circuit” from a Tree Branch? That’s ok! Many people don’t! That’s why we work hard to write our reports in a way that is easy to understand for everyone. And, we love questions. We are here to help you understand all of the components of your home and what to do if we find any issues on our inspection. Please read more about our services below!
Sewer Line Inspections
Roof Inspection Assurance™
If we can’t walk the roof, we will carefully inspect it with a drone (FAA Airspace Permitting). If it is raining or the roof is covered in snow on the day of your inspection, we will come back to complete the roof inspection. Contact us for details.
It could be argued that the roof is one of the most important components of a home. However, due to steep roof pitches or materials that should not be walked on, it is often inspected only from the ground or a ladder. To overcome this critical limitation, we are FAA Licensed Commercial Drone Pilots. We carefully inspect every roof up close either by walking the roof, or when that is not possible with a camera drone (FAA Airspace Permitting).
Did You Know?
The average cost to replace an asphalt shingle roof in the United States is approximately $8,000.
Infrared Thermography Included
When it comes to giving you a thorough inspection, we pull out all the stops. When combined with moisture meters and knowledgeable inspectors, thermal imaging can reveal problems you could not see with the naked eye. We wouldn’t inspect without it.
A thermal imaging camera is just one of the modern tools we use in our inspections. In addition, we test for gas leaks, check CO2 levels near the water heater and furnace, and use moisture meters to check areas of suspected water leaks. It’s all included as part of our standard inspection service.
Did You Know?
Infrared is not X-ray. It is really a visual thermometer. This allows the inspector to see areas of differing temperature. Sometimes dark spots can indicate moisture, but most of the time they indicate differences in temperature due to varying levels of insulation or other thermal factors.
